How to make your brew

1. Massage the pouch to mix the contents
2. Add one heaped tablespoon (10g) plus a cup of boiling water to your plunger and brew for a few minutes
3. Pour into a cup, add milk of choice and sweeten as desired

Best enjoyed between 10am and 3pm. Avoid within six hours of bedtime. Pairs beautifully with almond milk and a dash of cinnamon.
