1. Order Processing
All Myco+ orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Shakas Head, KZN. Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays).
Processing times:
• Orders placed before 12:00 SAST on a business day are typically processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 SAST, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been collected by The Courier Guy.
During promotional events, sale periods, or high-volume periods (e.g. launch weeks), processing may take up to 3 business days. We will communicate any delays via email.
2. Shipping Rates
2.1 Standard shipping
A flat shipping rate of R89 applies to all orders under R900, delivered anywhere in South Africa via The Courier Guy.
2.2 Free shipping
Orders with a cart value of R900 or more qualify for free standard shipping to any address in South Africa. The free shipping threshold is calculated on the order subtotal (before any discount codes are applied).
2.3 No additional surcharges
There are no fuel levies, remote area surcharges, or hidden fees added at checkout. The rate displayed at checkout is the rate you pay.
Note: If The Courier Guy is unable to deliver to your specific address (e.g. certain farms or very remote locations), we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery point such as a PostNet branch at no extra cost.
3. Delivery Timeframes
The following timeframes apply after your order has been dispatched (i.e. after the processing period described in Section 1). These are estimates provided by The Courier Guy and are not guaranteed.

These timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier capacity, public holidays, adverse weather, or events outside our control. Myco+ is not liable for delays caused by The Courier Guy or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been collected by The Courier Guy, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
• Your Courier Guy tracking number
• A direct link to track your parcel on the Courier Guy website (www.thecourierguy.co.za)
You can also track your parcel at any time by logging into your account on nutrivita.co.za and viewing your order history.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at info@nutrivita.co.za.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering, including:
• Unit or apartment number (if applicable)
• Complex or estate name and gate code (if applicable)
• Correct suburb and city
• Correct postal code
Myco+ is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. A second shipping charge of R89 will apply for re-delivery.
6. Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery
The Courier Guy will attempt delivery at the address provided. If no one is available to receive the parcel:
• The driver will leave a notification card or send an SMS/email with collection or re-delivery instructions.
• Parcels not collected or re-arranged within 5 business days of the failed delivery attempt may be returned to us.
• If a parcel is returned to us after a failed delivery, we will contact you. Re-shipment charges of R89 will apply.
We recommend using a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the parcel during business hours (08:00 – 17:00 SAST), such as a work address.
7. Late or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please take the following steps:
• Check your tracking number on www.thecourierguy.co.za for the latest delivery status.
• If the tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, contact us at info@nutrivita.co.za with your order number.
We will investigate with The Courier Guy on your behalf. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will resend your order or issue a full refund at no charge to you.
8. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:
• Do not discard the outer packaging — retain it for photographic evidence.
• Photograph the damaged packaging and any damaged product before opening the parcel fully.
• Contact us at info@nutrivita.co.za within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
We will assess the damage and, where confirmed, replace the affected items or issue a refund in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy. Please refer to that policy for full details on damaged goods.
9. Public Holidays & Seasonal Delays
Deliveries do not occur on South African public holidays. During peak periods — including Black Friday, December/January holidays, and major promotions — delivery times may be extended by 1 to 3 business days. We will communicate expected delays via our website and email when applicable.
10. International Shipping
Myco+ currently ships within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are based outside South Africa and would like to enquire about availability, please contact us at info@nutrivita.co.za.
11. Contact Us
For any shipping-related queries, please contact us before assuming an order is lost. Most issues can be resolved quickly with a tracking check.
